The Faculty of Education at Suez Canal University awards a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education upon the successful completion of four years of study. - Duration of Study:
The program spans four years, divided into two stages: - First Stage: First and second academic years.
- Second Stage: Third and fourth academic years.
- The academic year is divided into two semesters, each lasting 17 weeks (15 weeks for study and 2 weeks for exams).
- Progression System:
Students can only advance to the next academic year after passing all courses. If a student fails up to two subjects, they are allowed to take a second-chance exam. - Admission Requirements:
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Meeting all requirements set by the Supreme Council of Universities.
- Full-time commitment to study.
- Passing the aptitude tests, which include:
- Personal interview
- Aptitude test
- Medical examination
- Language of Instruction:
- All subjects are taught in Arabic, except for disciplines that require instruction in foreign languages.
- Educational subjects are taught in Arabic, except for scientific disciplines, which are delivered in English.
- Attendance & Evaluation Requirements:
- Students must attend at least 75% of lectures in both theoretical and practical subjects.
- Written exams last between two to three hours, depending on the subject's content.
- Failure in field training results in failing the entire academic year.
- The final grade is calculated based on the average scores over four years.

- Excellent: 90% – 100%
- Very Good: 80% – 90%
- Good: 70% – 80%
- Pass: 60% – 70%
- Weak: 40% – 50%
- Very Weak: Below 40%
