Admission

Egyptian Students have to submit the following documents:

  • The official, original, and final bachelor’s certificate with proof of degree completion with the original stamps and with the grade required for applying for Master's Degrees.
  • A score report of the four-year bachelor in Science.
  • The temporary Master's Certificate with the required grade (for Ph.D. applicants).
  • A birth certificate or an official copy of it.
  • A copy of the National ID Card.
  • Six personal (4*6) photos.
  • Approval of the student’s workplace so that he/she can enroll for postgraduate studies.
  • If the student is a government employee he/she has to have approval from his/her workplace that he/she can give all his/her time to studies if necessary (or according to the faculty regulations).
  • The Military Status Certificate (postponed / temporarily exempted / totally exempted) for males.
  • The Armed Forces approval in the case of recruited students.
  • The Officers Affairs Department approves if the student is a military officer or a police officer.

Admission Requirements

For Master’s Degree:

  • Acquiring a BSc 
  • Acquiring at least a "Good" degree in the course of specialty.

For Ph.D. Degree:

  • Acquiring a master's degree 
  • Acquiring a TOEFL score of at least 500.
  • Submitting a research protocol regarding the intended research topic.
  • The registration for both degrees is done in August and the study begins in October of each academic year.
