Within the framework of the first day’s activities of the Second Environmental Conference of the Faculty of Education—held under the title "Environmental Challenge Week: From Awareness to Action Towards Sustainability" from February 8 to 12, 2026—Prof. Dr. Medhat Saleh, Dean of the Faculty, honored a group of distinguished scientific figures and cadres participating in the event.
Honoring the Scientific Jury Committees
Prof. Dr. Medhat Saleh received the referees overseeing the scientific sessions, expressing the Faculty's deep appreciation for their role in enriching the conference's research content. The honors included:
Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ghoneim: Former Minister of Education and Professor Emeritus in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Educational Technology.
Prof. Dr. Shaban Hefny: Former Dean of the Faculty and Professor Emeritus in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Educational Technology.
Prof. Dr. Nashwa Saad Bastawisy: Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Professor of Foundations of Education.
The ceremony took place in the presence of Prof. Dr. Nahla Saber Tawadros, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
