Students Affairs Sector at the Faculty of Education, Suez Canal University (SCU), is working on attaining quality and peculiarity. The sector is targeting to prepare a teacher portrayed with traits and manners that matches with advancements and progressions happening in the Field of Education and learning, so as to be able to confront local and global challenges in the Field of Education with its methods, tools, and technicalities. Our sector is characterized by being an intellectual and cultural center for local and Arabic communities that always works hard to reach a distinctive position. This is with the help of our faculty’s graduates and professional professors where some of them acquired the highest scientific degrees from reputable European universities and others are leaders in Arab universities. Our team puts all their efforts to push students and staff members towards discreteness and development, so as to establish a well-equipped generation of teachers who will undertake the responsibility for this nation and preserve Egyptian values and principles.
Mission
The sector provides integrated educational and student services along an effective system, including education quality and technological development in order to graduate expert human cadres who are able to compete in the labor market and change the community.
Vision
The sector seeks to advance the faculty’s educational level which grants a reputable position for the faculty among higher education organizations in and outside Egypt.
Goals
- To develop educational programs and courses, in addition to innovating new programs according to local and regional labor market needs.
- To increase the educational process level and provide education and learning sources.
- To enhance continuous education abilities and develop students’ abilities to do scientific research.
- To activate the faculty’s role in forming students’ personalities.
- To promote methods of attracting international students from all over the world.
- To develop the faculty’s electronic infrastructure.
- To innovate new electronic programs that meet faculty’s administrative needs.
- To activate communication between graduates and organizations’ heads in the labor market.
- To activate the field training system in education and learning and develop students’ skills.
- To expand students’ activities, in addition, to adding new activities and encouraging students to participate in them.
- To provide social academic support for faculty’s students.
